How to get Omega-3 fatty acids if you don’t like fish or are vegetarian

If you aren’t a fish lover then other good sources of omega-3 fatty acids include:

  • flaxseeds
  • flaxseed oil
  • dark green leafy vegetables
  • walnuts

The only problem is that our bodies can’t process these ALA fatty acids from the vegetarian sources as effectively as the DHA and EPA found in fish, so you’ll need to eat more!
