What is Vitamin E?

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that plays an essential role in cell membrane protection against free radical damage.

There are natural and synthetic forms with only the natural truly effective. These are designated by the “d” prefix. Vitamin E helps skin and tissue healing, better blood flow to the heart and causes arterial clots to disintegrate.

About 300-400 IU a day is recommended. The best sources are raw seeds and nuts, soybeans and cold pressed oils.
